CODIAS LAW
Clerkship
Summer • Fall • Spring (One Clerk Per Term)
I. Overview
A selective clerkship at a nationally recognized law firm.
The Codias Law Clerkship Program is a highly competitive, remote opportunity for exceptional law students seeking to do cutting-edge legal work. As a boutique firm, Codias Law exclusively represents U.S. citizens who are victims of immigration fraud.
We don't just practice law; we make it. We tackle novel legal issues in federal district court, administrative appeals, and immigration proceedings, while advocating for reforms to protect U.S. citizens before Congress. These are cases that strike at the heart of fundamental societal issues, including citizenship, marriage, and immigration.
We select only one clerk per academic term to ensure individualized mentorship, rigorous assignments, and meaningful professional development. Exceptional clerks may be invited to extend their clerkship into subsequent terms based on performance.
